The lack of will can in my opinion, never be an excuse and I cannot accept the lack of energy as a pretext. I may accept the shortage of money, illness, but not that someone cannot work 12, 13 hours a day because one is tired, because I know that is not true.

The Zoran Djindjic Foundation in the cooperation with the Faculty of Political Sciences at the University of Belgrade opens the call for application for the 6th Zoran Djindjic Regional School of Political Philosophy with the focus on Delimitation in the compound societies. The school is going to be held from October 21st to 27th 2018 in Belgrade
The goal of the 6th Zoran Djindjic Regional School of Political Philosophy is to gather 20 students of social sciences from the Western Balkan region (Croatia, Bosna and Hercegovina, Montenegro and Serbia) who is going to study, analyze and discuss the concept and the issues of the delimitation in the compound societies. The delimitation is very important topic for understanding of Zoran Djindjic's political philosophy whose the most important political literary works (such as Yugoslavia as an incomplete state) are dedicated to his topic. After 1988, Zoran Djindjic had devoted a significant part of his academic career to analyze the possibility of ethnic delimitation among the people in the Western Balkan. During the fall of communism, Mr. Djindjic was far ahead of his time, believing that the peaceful and just delimitation among the Balkan people is possible only if an adequate representation of minorities is established as a structural precondition, namely the true representative democracy. That condition is still not fully grown today in any West Balkan country. The candidates who are eligible to apply are students of BA (the second ,third and forth year of studies) and MA students from Serbia, Croatia, Bosna and Hercegovina and Montenegro. The participation is intended for students who are members of the youth branches of political parties, young scholars, researches, NGO activists from various fields.
