The Scholarship program of Zoran Djindjic Foundation in Italy
Serbian Italian Business Council formalized the cooperation with Zoran Djindjic Foundation
Representatives of Serbian Italian Business Council held a meeting and on this occasion considered possibilities for expansion of economic cooperation between Serbia and Italy especially in the area of investment activities. Beside the protection and preservation of business interests, very important aspect of Business Council is improvement of cooperation in the area of culture and education. Therefore Cooperation agreement with Zoran Djindjic Foundation was signed. On behalf of the foundation Mrs Ruzica Djindjic, director of Foundation, signed the Agreement.

Belgrade, August 26, 2011
 German Chancellor Angela Merkel met with Ruzica Djindjic, director of Zoran Djindjic Foundation and scholars of the foundation. Ruzica Djindjic said, after the meeting, that she had experienced it as honoring the Foundation and Zoran Djindjic personally who is the most deserving for promotion of Serbia’s European future.
She said to the press that German Chancellor acquainted her and the foundation’s scholars with benefits of Serbia’s European future, emphasizing that this is the future that imply states without borders.
Ruzica Djindjic also emphasized the fact that the meeting with the Foundation was the first in the row for Angela Merkel who is visiting Belgrade today and she experienced it as an expression of respect for her husband whose dream was modern, European and civic Serbia.

The regional School of political philosophy and democracy Zoran Djindjic was officially opened in the premises of the Zoran Djindjic Foundation. Students were initially welcomed by the president of Management board of Zoran Djindjic Foundation, Ruzica Djindjic, the dean of the Faculty of political sciences Ilija Vujacic and professors of the Faculty of political sciences Vukasin Pavlovic and Vladimir Pavicevic.
In the next five days, students of the School of political philosophy will have an opportunity to meet with philosophical work and political engagement of Zoran Djindjic and also with multiculturalism, forms of nationalism, and political transformations of systems and European Integration of Western Balkan countries.
The classess will be held by eminent experts from Serbia, such as Latinka Perovic, Vladimir Pavicevic, Djordje Pavicevic, Vukasin Pavlovic, Ilija Vujacic, Milan Podunavac, Novica Milic, Tanja Miscevic, Dusan Pavlovic, Vladimir Vuletic and Milica Delevic.
