RUŽICA PAVLOVIĆ ĐINĐIĆ
 Mrs. Djindjic was born on 25th February 1960 in Valjevo.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad and later worked in the Novi Sad Literary Association.
From 2001.-2003. she has been President of the Board of the Children First Citizen’s Association, an organisation committed to the protection of the standard of living, education and health of children without parental care.
Since 2003 she has been President of the Managing Board of the Zoran Djindjic Fund, which was founded with the aim of preserving the memory of the assassinated Prime Minister of Serbia Zoran Djindjic. In cooperation with governments of Germany and Austria, the Fund has been implementing internship programs for student and young professionals from Serbia for the past six years.
Mrs. Djindjic is chair of the Council of the Joy of Europe International Children's Gathering.
In 2003 she was chosen as a member of the main board of the Democratic Party and has been honorary president of the Women's Forum of the Democratic Party since 2004. Since 2006 she has also been a member of the Democratic Party presidency.
In 2004, she received the the Winning of Freedom Award from the Maja Maršićević -Tasić Fund, for her effort and contribution towards the promotion of human rights, democracy and tolerance. Besides this recognition, she also received an award for her contribution to interethnic relations from the Vojvodina Romanian community.
In 2009. she received a medal of the French "Légion d'honneur" in the degree of Knight from the French President Nikolas Sarkozy.
She is a widow, the mother of two children, Jovana (1990) and Luka (1993).
